Buongiorno, non ho ancora testato la borsa ma al tatto e visivamente sembra di ottima qualità. Solo 4 stelle xkè un imperdonabile errore, la borsa è anonima senza un marchio. Emporium-Italy un marchio x pubblicità sulla borsa è necessario se no sembra un altro marchio (Castelli?). Cordiali saluti.

The backpack I ordered was great, good quality leather, well sewn. The delivery was a bit problematic. The address on the label was small and incomplete. The courier didn't see my phone number. I just got an email stating the package couldn't be delivered because of incomplete address. I had to call the company, get the courier's phone number and go meet him to pick my order. Please write a bigger label with the full address. Some people live in apartment buildings and that requires more information on the label. Thank you.

Bestellung und Versand funktionierten zügig und einwandfrei. Der Bestellprozess lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Am Rande: ich finde es ausgezeichnet, direkt beim Hersteller kaufen zu können - die Tasche ist in Europa gefertigt (San Marino), der Ertrag bleibt in Europa - ein kleiner Konsumentenbeitrag in Richtung mehr Nachhaltigkeit und Reduktion sehr weiter Warenwege.
